How do I send a Charity Tune as a gift?

CharityTunes Gifts allow you to give twice - give to a friend and give to a charity.  Check out as per usualy, and simply provide the recipients name and email address, the rest is handled automatically!

How much of the download price goes to Charity?

The percent ranges from 10% to 100% depending on the promotion, and our agreement with the artist and charity. If not otherwise stated, the percent of the purchase price given to charity is 10%.

What percent of the download price goes to the artist?

CharityTunes offers all signing artists a 50:50 split, however, many artists have chosen to donate songs—for which all the proceeds go to a charity of the purchaser’s or artists’ choice?

Do the charities or artists have to pay to use this service?

Neither the charity or artist are charged fees of any kind.

Is Charity Tunes funded by banner ads or other corporate interests?

At this time, CharityTunes is independent of corporate partnerships.

Am I downloading music legally at Charity Tunes?

Yes! All of Charity Tunes' music is sold legimately and has been signed off by an artist or their record label.
