Q: I've placed an order, how do I download my music?

There are three places where you can download your music from: the order confirmation page, the "Available Downloads" list on the "My Account" page, or from the link supplied in your email receipt.  If you have gifted your order to someone else they will be sent an email with download instructions, and a download link will not be provided to you.

Please note, once you have successfully downloaded your music the download links will be removed and made inactive.  Always be sure to keep backups of your music!

Q: How do I play the music I have downloaded?

All of Charity Tunes' music is in MP3 format, and can be played by a wide range of software include Windows Media Player and iTunes. The music itself is conveniently packaged into a single zip file to make it easy to download multiple songs, and to ensure you download a permanent copy of the music.  To access your music, just double click the zip file and drag and drop the songs the location you want to store them in.
